🍫 What do you need to make Bajadera? (4 servings)
200 ml water
250 g plant‑based margarine
200 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar (about 8–10 g)
400 g ground vegan biscuits (Posna Plazma / Lane)
300 g ground walnuts
100 g dark cooking chocolate (dairy‑free)
150 g dark cooking chocolate (dairy‑free)
6 tbsp vegetable oil
⏱️ How much time does it take to make it?
20 minutes prep • 2-3 hours freeze
👩🏽‍🍳🍨 How to make it?
In a saucepan, combine the water, margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Heat over medium until the margarine melts and the sugar dissolves. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat.
In a large bowl, mix the ground walnuts and ground biscuits. Pour the hot syrup over the mixture and stir until evenly combined.
Divide the mixture into two equal portions.
Melt dark cooking chocolate and mix it into 1 half of the mixture until fully incorporated. Leave the other half plain.
Line a rectangular pan with parchment paper. Press the plain mixture evenly into the bottom, then spread the chocolate mixture on top and smooth the surface.
Melt dark chocolate with vegetable oil; stir until smooth and glossy.
Pour the glaze over the top layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for several hours until fully set, then cut into small rectangles.
